We are looking for a dedicated Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to enhance our affiliate initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering productive relationships with our affiliate partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Outreach Activities: Proactively engage with potential and current affiliates through phone communications to present our affiliate program, respond to inquiries, and cultivate strong partnerships. Affiliate Assistance: Deliver thorough support to affiliates via phone and email. Address their questions, distribute marketing resources, resolve issues, and provide advice on optimizing their revenue. Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance metrics, create analytical reports, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement. Strategy Development: Contribute to the formulation and implementation of affiliate marketing strategies aimed at attracting new partners and improving the program's overall success.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication abilities are essential for this position. Regular interaction with affiliates will require you to provide support and build rapport effectively. Organizational Expertise: The ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including outreach calls, email responses, and performance tracking, is crucial for success in this role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary. Familiarity with CRM systems would be a significant asset.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Understanding of Affiliate Marketing: A foundational knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and practices is required. You should quickly comprehend our affiliate program's structure and objectives. Call Centre Background: Previous experience in a call centre setting is highly desirable, equipping you with the skills to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
