  • Maintain Relationships with Existing Affiliates: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the tools and support needed to succeed in the iGaming industry.
  • Negotiate and Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures with affiliates, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
  • Develop Affiliate Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including campaign development, promotion, and incentive creation.
  • Monitor Affiliate Performance: Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of affiliate campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all affiliate activities adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Develop and distribute promotional materials and resources to affiliates, including training and support to help them maximize their performance.
  • Communicate with Affiliates: Communicate regularly with affiliates to keep them informed about new products, promotions, and industry news.
  • Manage Affiliate Marketing Budget: Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Track ROI: Track and report on the return on investment (ROI) of affiliate marketing activities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing: Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry.
  • Global Market Understanding: Strong understanding of global markets and ability to work with affiliates from diverse regions.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Affiliate Marketing Platforms: Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Self-Motivation and Detail-Oriented: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Multilingual Capabilities: Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
