Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing Intern. As a key member of our UK Publisher Support Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of Publisher Support Executives and Managers in developing Performance Marketing skills.

The internship will provide you with a comprehensive training plan, including learning the fundamentals of Publisher Support, developing Performance Marketing skills, and gaining hands-on experience in the online advertising industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting Publisher Onboarding: Assist in approving and denying publishers on the affiliate programs based on brand and network quality guidelines.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze a brand against competitors for business purposes.
  • GAP Analysis: Identify gaps in the market that can be filled by partners and strategy.
  • Publisher Recruitment: Support the recruitment process to find suitable publishers for brands.
  • Publisher Migration: Onboard publishers on the network according to client guidelines.
  • Reporting: Assist with client reporting on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with affiliate marketing news and market trends.
  • Network Management: Coordinate network payments, publisher queries, and partner quality checks.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist with other tasks as requested by clients, related to affiliate program strategy and growth.
