About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affiliate Marketing Growth Specialist to join our team at Carwow. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that drives growth and revenue for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and recruit high-performing partners to join our affiliate network, negotiating lucrative deals and fostering long-term, win-win relationships.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Oversee the entire affiliate program lifecycle, from partner recruitment and onboarding to ongoing performance optimization, leveraging data analytics to continuously improve program effectiveness.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance using various in-house and platform tracking technologies to identify improvement opportunities and develop data-driven strategies for maximizing program impact.
  • Content and Creative Development: Work closely with our Commercial and Brand Marketing teams to develop compelling marketing materials that resonate with our target audience and drive partner engagement.
  • Affiliate Network Growth: Expand our affiliate network independently, identifying and recruiting strategic partners who perfectly align with our brand values and target audience.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing affiliate programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking technologies, and affiliate program management best practices.
  • Expertise with industry-leading affiliate platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and optimize KPIs to drive program growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster strong partnerships with a diverse network of affiliates and build internal relationships.
