Role Purpose

As an enthusiastic affiliate marketer, you will lead and optimize international affiliate management strategies for various clients. You will manage client relationships, deliver effective marketing strategies, and mentor junior team members.

Main Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Oversee delivery and act as Client Lead for major clients in the Travel and Fashion industries
  • Respond to client requests, set deadlines, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Forecast revenue projections, manage client targets, and implement efficient delivery processes
  • Utilize technical affiliate tracking tools and AI solutions
  • Collaborate with affiliate networks and utilize analytics tools for performance analysis

Affiliate Marketing Management

  • Develop and implement online affiliate strategies to maximize program reach and conversions
  • Manage client accounts, track campaigns, and provide detailed analysis to clients
  • Build relationships with affiliates and networks to enhance marketing efforts

Affiliate Consultancy

  • Lead affiliate marketing quality assurance processes
  • Provide training and consultancy services to clients and internal teams
  • Maximize affiliate marketing value through data analysis and ROI optimization

Skills Required

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years of affiliate marketing experience
  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities

Desirable

  • Understanding of paid media strategies
  • Experience in the travel industry
