About the Role

This key marketing role will drive our affiliate marketing strategy, developing and optimising our approach to partner with key online platforms, publishers, and affiliates in the UK market.

As the Partner & Affiliate Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with existing partners, developing new relationships, and owning the implementation and management of affiliate programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with Carwow's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire affiliate program lifecycle, from partner recruitment and onboarding to ongoing performance optimisation.
  • Analyse campaign performance using various in-house and platform tracking technologies to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with our Commercial and Brand Marketing teams to develop compelling marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Expand Carwow's affiliate network independently, identifying and recruiting strategic partners who perfectly align with our brand values and target audience.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing affiliate programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking technologies, and affiliate program management best practices.
  • Expertise with industry-leading affiliate platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and optimise KPIs to drive program growth.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster strong partnerships with a diverse network of affiliates and build internal relationships.
