Key Responsibilities- Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize partner performance and drive business growth.

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Marketing Effectiveness
- Accountable for the day-to-day performance of our largest affiliates, ensuring they meet business objectives and KPIs.
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to analyze and improve campaign performance.
- Ensure all affiliate tracking is implemented correctly, enabling efficient measurement and attribution of media spend.
- Deliver regular performance reports, presenting findings, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coordinate creative assets and landing pages requests, reporting back performance insights to the creative studio and brand marketing team.
- Promptly identify and address performance drops, executing corrective actions to drive business growth.
- Innovation
- Lead the implementation of affiliate projects related to technical specialism, such as improving affiliate platform features, BI measurement reports, and automation.
- Experience working with affiliates and a strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem.
- Significant hands-on and strategic online sports and gaming experience.
- Technical experience working with affiliate platforms (e.g. Mexos, Income Access).
- Strong analytical and qualitative skills, with the ability to analyze and use data efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate within a large organization.
- Solution-focused and able to thrive in a result-oriented, high-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to present ideas.
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising legislation and codes of practice.
