**Key Responsibilities:**
- Cultivate and foster key partnerships with affiliate marketing agencies to drive growth, with a primary focus on North America and LATAM markets.
- Develop and optimize partnership agreements, analyzing ROI benchmarks and proposing campaign improvements to boost acquisition efforts.
- Generate clear, data-driven reports for the senior team and actively negotiate, develop, and evaluate new and ongoing partnership contracts to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Ensure the brand's representation across affiliate marketing channels, including monitoring reviews and trackers.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Affiliate Manager role, with expertise and an existing network in North American and LATAM iGaming markets.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with experience in various deal structures such as RevShare, CPA, PPC, and Hybrid models.
- Proven track record of thriving in startup environments, demonstrating a history of establishing effective processes.
- Crypto experience is advantageous.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
- Actively participate in industry events to maintain networks and stay abreast of industry trends.
