About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Brand Affiliate Manager to join our team at Free Soul. As a key member of our affiliate program, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process of new brand affiliates, ensuring seamless communication and data tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage affiliate relationships and communications to foster strong partnerships.
  • Oversee affiliate-associated spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data tracking.
  • Develop and implement monthly content challenges and newsletters to engage affiliates.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all creator content aligns with brand guidelines and principles.
  • Process orders and handle brand requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to the growth and scaling of our brand affiliate program.
Requirements
  • Experience in outreach and communication with creators.
  • Basic proficiency in spreadsheet management and data analysis.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and contribute to KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Experience in scaling an existing brand affiliate program (desirable).
