Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Brand Affiliate Manager to oversee the end-to-end onboarding process of new brand affiliates. This role involves managing affiliate relationships, communications, and associated data, as well as creating engaging content challenges and newsletters. The ideal candidate will have experience in outreach, spreadsheet management, and data analysis, with a strong administrative and organizational background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process of new brand affiliates, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing exceptional communication and support.
  • Manage affiliate-associated spreadsheets, tracking data and ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist in creating engaging content challenges and newsletters to drive affiliate engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all affiliate content aligns with brand guidelines and principles.
  • Handle order processing for affiliates and brand requests.
  • Contribute to the growth and scaling of the brand affiliate program.

Requirements

  • Experience in outreach and communication with creators.
  • Basic proficiency in spreadsheet management and data analysis.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva (or similar).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and contribute to KPIs and revenue targets.
