We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team at Assembly. As a key member of our affiliate department, you will play a crucial role in helping us grow our affiliate activities and drive business growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of UK and international affiliate programmes, including managing programmes through network partners and instructing account managers, as well as managing programmes directly through tech partners such as Partnerize and Impact.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term planning and strategy to achieve client objectives.
- Assist with new business proposals and pitches, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and goals.
- Work closely with the affiliate networks and with affiliates to create exposure plans for client campaigns and to support promotions and new product launches.
- Monitor and report affiliate promotions back to the client, providing regular updates and insights.
- Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
- At least 2 years of experience working directly on affiliate campaigns, either client, network, or agency side.
- Organized and efficient approach to work, able to prioritize effectively and keep track of multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interpret client briefs and clearly communicate details of partnerships, promotions, and campaigns with partners and publishers.
- Experience in dealing with one or multiple affiliate platforms and technologies, such as Awin, CJ, Partnerize, and Impact.
- Adaptable and self-assured, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
