About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Affiliate Manager to join our team at Free Soul, the leading Home of Female Wellness for women globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process of new brand affiliates, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Oversee all affiliate-associated spreadsheets, guaranteeing accurate and up-to-date data tracking.
  • Develop and execute monthly content challenges and newsletters to engage affiliates and promote brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all creator content aligns with brand guidelines and principles.
  • Handle order processing for affiliates and brand requests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and scaling of the brand affiliate program, driving growth and revenue.
  • Participate in the launch of new products and markets, leveraging expertise to drive success.

Requirements:

  • Experience in outreach and engagement with creators.
  • Basic proficiency in spreadsheet management and data analysis.
  • Experience in scaling an existing brand affiliate program (desirable).
