Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, retain, and optimize affiliate partnerships, ensuring alignment with our business goals
  • Identify new opportunities for affiliate program expansion, including into new markets and verticals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key affiliates, networks, and partners
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for affiliate inquiries, providing support and fostering a collaborative partnership
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure effectiveness and ROI of the affiliate channel
  • Utilize data to make informed decisions on strategy adjustments and optimization efforts to increase affiliate program contributions to overall business success
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure affiliate marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives
Requirements
  • Experience in affiliate marketing or business development
  • Experience developing and managing affiliate programs or marketing-related projects, with tangible results in growth and performance improvement
  • Experience in the Asian market, with an understanding of culture and market-specific nuances
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies leveraging tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and SimilarWeb to increase visibility and engagement
  • Able to articulate ideas clearly and engage effectively with affiliates, team members, and senior management
  • Able to take responsibility and initiative in taking on projects and driving them to completion
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to derive insights and inform strategy decisions
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving set objectives
