About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affiliate Account Manager to join our team at Mindshare. As an Affiliate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing affiliate programs for a premium client, across strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day lead with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure we have the budget and plans in place to deliver on all criteria.
  • Innovative strategic thinking on all client activity to be one step ahead of the market.
  • Ensuring we are utilising the latest in partnership innovation.
  • Running both traditional and non-traditional performance partnerships.
  • Overseeing and ensuring quality of campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Management and development of account managers/executives to ensure smooth running of day-to-day activities and personnel growth.
  • Work with the wider Affiliate team to develop and grow new starters.
  • Participate in new business development and pitches.

Requirements

  • Proven Media Agency/Network Experience with affiliate program management, methods, and tools.
  • Fully confident in use of Excel, including pivot tables, Vlookups & reporting and analysis uses.
  • You have a genuine interest in digital media with a penchant towards performance partnerships.
  • You can think about the numbers and are interested in data. You'll be able to give some examples of where you've used large datasets.
  • You can explain your ideas effectively. You're a good communicator who can get people on-board with your ideas or make a strong reasoned argument where you disagree.
  • Have a pre-understanding of affiliate marketing or have worked previously within the industry.
  • Comfortable managing budget and forecasting for clients.
  • Experience with relevant technology platforms.
  • Fully proficient in optimising and driving partner performance.
  • Understanding of how different partnership activities fit into the wider digital marketing mix, and how it impacts/ is impacted by other channels.
  • Excellent presentation & PowerPoint skills.

Desirable Criteria

  • Degree in Media/Marketing/Advertising.
  • Ideally additional language to English.
