About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team in Camborne. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living skills, assisting with personal care and medication, and accessing the local community for socialization and hobbies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop daily living skills and support individuals to achieve their goals
- Assist with personal care and medication, ensuring the health and well-being of our service users
- Support individuals to access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships
- Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans, ensuring a person-centered approach
- Communicate effectively and professionally with service users, their family members, and external professionals
- Maintain the health needs of our service users, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
