Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at Brandon Trust in Camborne. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living skills, assisting with personal care and medication, and facilitating access to the local community for socialization and hobbies.

  • Developing daily living skills and supporting individuals to achieve their goals
  • Assisting with personal care and medication, ensuring the health and well-being of our service users
  • Facilitating access to the local community for socialization, employment, training, or friendships
  • Contributing to, developing, and implementing individual care plans
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with service users, their family members, and external professionals
  • Maintaining the health needs of our service users
