We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we offer a supportive and inclusive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role:

  • Support our client, a male individual with learning disabilities, in his own property with a team of workers providing 24/7 care.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and activities to promote independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.

  • Initial shadow shifts to help you familiarise yourself with the client and environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
  • Passion, resilience, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
