We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Male Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we offer a supportive and rewarding environment for our clients and staff alike.
About the Role:
- Supporting a male client with learning disabilities in his own property
- Working as part of a 24/7 team to provide care and support
- Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and their families
