Job Title: Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Ridgewood, a 12-bedroom supported living care home in Camborne.

About the Role:

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities or mental ill-health needs to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and social interactions.
  • Develop and implement care plans, working closely with the individual and their support network.
  • Administer medication and attend medical appointments as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
