Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Care Assistant to join our team at St Martin's Residential and Nursing Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care to residents, in line with their individual care plans and needs.
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
