About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Total Community Care Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with varying needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Supporting individuals with rehabilitation, learning disabilities, and mental health needs
  • Accompanying individuals on outings and activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
