About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility
- Assist clients with medication management and administration
- Support clients with their daily routines, including meal preparation and household chores
- Encourage clients to participate in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental well-being
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
- Be caring and compassionate, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts
- Have a strong understanding of the needs and preferences of older adults and individuals with disabilities
