About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team in Camborne. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living skills, assisting with personal care and medication, and enabling them to access their local community for socialization and hobbies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop daily living skills and support individuals to achieve their goals
  • Assist with personal care and medication, ensuring the health and well-being of our service users
  • Support individuals to access their local community, promoting socialization, employment, training, and friendships
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans, ensuring a person-centered approach
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with service users, their families, and external professionals
  • Maintain the health needs of our service users, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
