Full-time Position

Due to a notable rise in demand, Teaching Personnel is pleased to offer guaranteed work contracts for outstanding educators in the local area.

Every term, we can provide select experienced SEND Support Staff a spot in our Guaranteed Work Scheme, which ensures a stable income while maintaining the flexibility of supply work. We are currently seeking SEND Support Staff who can assist in SEND and SEMH provisions across both Primary and Secondary age groups.

Benefits of the Guaranteed Work Scheme include:

  • Guaranteed income for at least the number of days (minus one) that you are available each week under the scheme
  • Elimination of the need to manage relationships with multiple agencies
  • Reduction of payroll administration and tax complications

How it works:

  • Upon registration and receiving positive feedback from our client schools, we will discuss your availability for supply work.
  • We guarantee payment for every day less one (per week), even if work is not available.
  • To receive payment for non-working days, you must fulfill the terms and conditions of the scheme.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young individuals with special educational needs is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine commitment to enhancing the learning and well-being of SEN students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
  • A proactive approach to professional growth, with a willingness to engage in training provided by the institution.
  • A positive outlook, adaptability, and resilience in challenging situations.

If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV.
