About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service to clients and candidates via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client and candidate information
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or recruitment industry
