About the Role

Pertemps Plymouth Commercial is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our Customer Services Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the reduction of failed appointments by contacting customers via various communication channels to confirm their appointments.
  • Work closely with the team to meet targets and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
Requirements
  • Excellent administration skills, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proven experience in data entry and administrative support, with a strong understanding of administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
