About the Role:
Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Service Charge team, working closely with colleagues across the organization to gather information and support the delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and gather information to support the Service Charge team in providing comprehensive and accurate services to internal and external customers.
- Maintain accurate records and data to ensure accurate service charges are applied to the correct schemes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to gather information and support the delivery of services.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Charge team, including data entry, record keeping, and other tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Work in a fast-paced, pressurized environment and adapt positively to change.
- Manage conflicting priorities to deliver agreed outcomes for a range of internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent level of competence in IT (Microsoft Office Suite) and record keeping skills.
- Experience in gathering and presenting data in an organized format.
- Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to build rapport with all customers – internal and external.
- Ability to adapt positively to change in a fast-paced, pressurized, and reactive environment.
- Good level of knowledge of income and expenditure accounts and budgets.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities to deliver agreed outcomes for a range of internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience using purchase order and invoicing systems.
- A willingness to travel to various schemes and offices when required.
- Natural ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure.
