Drill Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Drill Operative to join our UK-based team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients, while upholding our standards of safety and quality at all times.

• Ensure that work is carried out to the highest standard in accordance with QHSE requirements
• Complete documentation required under contract or project quality plan in a timely fashion
• Attend service calls for equipment support, maintenance, and installation
• Deliver toolbox talks and provide feedback via risk cards
• Contribute to equipment assembly and disassembly
• Maintain clear decision-making with onsite supervisor/line manager
• Coordinate teams of local technicians during commissioning, repair, or maintenance
• Build positive working relationships with site teams
• Commit to continuous self-development and training

• Hands-on technical experience in civil construction or engineering
• Relevant qualifications and/or certification
• Experience with assembling, operating, maintaining, and disassembling site equipment
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Creative and adaptable problem-solving skills
• Ability to promote best practice and QHSE compliance
• Flexibility to mobilise as required by the team
• Right to work in the UK
