About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, in line with their individual care plans, and monitor their progress to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, and develop and implement care plans to address these needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a holistic approach to care, promoting the well-being and dignity of residents.
Requirements
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
