About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a beautiful Care Home in Redruth, Cornwall. As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, while also providing leadership and guidance to our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional clinical care to residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Develop and implement care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure resident-centered care.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
