Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end HR administration support to the Infrastructure division.
  • Manage employee data, including new starters, promotions, and pay reviews.
  • Support the HR Business Partnering team with administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with the payroll team on monthly and weekly payroll changes.
  • Maintain contract for services (CFS) agreements and track expiry dates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data input into COINS.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, pension scheme, and learning and development opportunities.
