Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to join our dynamic team in coordinating and scheduling service appointments. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing a team and in service scheduling or a similar role, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this role is £35k - £40k per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary, a fun work environment, and opportunities for growth and development.

You will be based in Ashford, Kent, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. As a Service Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-12 staff members, coordinating and scheduling service appointments, liaising with customers and gas engineers, and coordinating with various teams within the organisation.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

* Managing a team of 10-12 staff members
* Coordinating and scheduling service appointments, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery
* Liaising with customers and gas engineers to confirm appointments and gather all necessary information
* Coordinating with various teams within the organisation to ensure all resources and materials are available for scheduled appointments

As a Service Scheduling Manager, you will need to possess strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers, are also essential.
