Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
">Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Kent. The successful candidate will support our HR department in day-to-day operations and various project-based work.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and organizing candidate interviews.
- Support the HR team in the administration of HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and new starter packs.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide payroll processing backup support.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
Requirements:
">- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or other HR position at this level.
- Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- HR credentials (e.g., CIPD).
