Givaudan is a leading manufacturer of fragrances and flavors, collaborating with food, beverage, consumer product, and fragrance partners to develop tastes and scents that delight consumers worldwide. As an HR Business Partner - Data Expert, you will be part of a global team that enables business decisions and creates value for the business through data insights.
Responsibilities- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, informing business decisions.
- Develop and maintain Advanced Analytics solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to design and implement data-driven projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Resources capabilities, processes, and data, as well as domain expertise in Human Resources data. A degree in business, economics, organizational psychology, information technology, data science, or statistics is required, along with at least 6 years of analytics, statistics, or data science experience in a corporate environment.
