**Job Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Lead hiring processes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  3. Manage key HR projects, including Employee Value Proposition, Employer Branding, and Early Careers programs.
  4. Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and UK employment legislation.
  5. Collaborate with the leadership team to drive employee engagement and retention.
  6. Conduct training needs analysis and facilitate training on core HR processes.
  7. Monitor key HR metrics and analytics to enhance business performance.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or engineering.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and UK employment legislation.
  • Experience with HR systems and project management tools, including MS Excel, PPT, and Word.
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
