Learning and Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Premier Foods in Ashford, GB. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning and development strategy for the site.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an L&D role within the FMCG industry and be up-to-date with the latest L&D trends and practices. You will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as facilitation and presentation skills.

The salary for this position is circa £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a pension scheme, holiday purchase scheme, sharesave scheme, and a wide range of online training opportunities.

In this role, you will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and leadership to lead change, build skills and capability, engage and motivate staff, develop their talents, and improve the potential of staff through learning and development opportunities.
