Austin Fraser is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Kent. The successful candidate will support our HR department in day-to-day operations and various project-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Support the HR department in day-to-day operations and various project-based work.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and organizing candidate interviews.
  • Support the HR team in the administration of HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and new starter packs.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Provide payroll processing backup support.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or other HR position at this level.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • HR credentials (e.g., CIPD).
