
HR Support Professional

Austin Fraser is recruiting a skilled Human Resources professional to join their team on a temporary basis. As an HR Officer/HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations and project-based work.
Job Description:
- Support the HR team in administering HR-related documentation, including contracts of employment and new starter packs
- Develop and implement effective recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating candidate interviews
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Contribute to the organisation of training & development initiatives and provide payroll processing backup support
- Collaborate with the HR team to handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves

Required Skills:

Estimated Salary: £12,000 - £14,800 per month (£120-£148 per day)
