Temporary HR Officer/HR Coordinator Job Opportunity in Kent

Austin Fraser is recruiting a skilled Human Resources professional to join their team on a temporary basis. As an HR Officer/HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations and project-based work.

Job Description:

  1. Support the HR team in administering HR-related documentation, including contracts of employment and new starter packs
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating candidate interviews
  3. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  4. Contribute to the organisation of training & development initiatives and provide payroll processing backup support
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  6. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves

Required Skills:

Estimated Salary: £12,000 - £14,800 per month (£120-£148 per day)
