Temporary HR Officer/HR Coordinator Position in Kent

The Austin Fraser company is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to support their HR department on a temporary basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an HR specialist looking to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and coordinating candidate interviews
  • Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and new starter packs
  • Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with employment and working conditions legislation
  • Organising training & development initiatives
  • Providing payroll processing backup support
  • Handling employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves

About the Role:

This temporary position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who is efficient, organised, and has a strong background in human resources. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day operations and various project-based work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR officer or other HR position at this level
  • Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • HR credentials (e.g. CIPD certification)

Salary: £120-£148 per day (possible additional payments via Umbrella)
