Job Description

Coty, a global beauty leader, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its manufacturing site in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering HR operational activities, including employee engagement, talent management, and ER case management.

The Role

As HR Manager, you will support senior stakeholders with hiring, succession, and workforce planning. You will also facilitate talent reviews, design initiatives to understand and increase capabilities, and guide effective goal setting. Additionally, you will track and assess wellbeing initiatives, manage ER case matters, and drive employee engagement.

Requirements
  • CIPD level 3 (minimum)
  • Strong Employee Relations experience
  • Previous experience working onsite and supporting large functions/teams
  • Desirable: Experience rolling out new systems
Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including online staff shop, private medical insurance scheme, pension scheme, and earlier finish on Fridays.
