We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team in Ashford, Kent.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you supporting our business strategy by delivering on sales targets, maximising sales opportunities from existing and new clients, and booking appointments for our sales team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Deliver high-quality sales performance by targeting small commercial customers through outbound calls and proactive lead generation.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing a pipeline of prospects and converting them into leads.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and building trust in our brand.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including data updates and reviews.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within our team, sharing best practices and contributing to our overall success.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in targeted telesales or sales roles.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and NFU Mutual systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and honesty.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport.
