Insurance Relationship Manager

The Brave Human Capital Group is committed to delivering excellent customer service and providing strong relationships with our clients. As an Account Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our strategy by effectively providing administrative support to our Insurance Executives.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can consistently provide exceptional levels of customer service in all interactions with potential and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will include undertaking preparation for initial policy reviews, identifying opportunities for cross-sales, and efficiently managing post-review meeting actions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience delivering excellent customer service, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector. You should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. A full UK driving licence and own transport are also essential requirements.
As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for arranging and providing advice on general insurance products, ensuring that our customers have the best policies to cover their needs. You will work closely with our Insurance Executives to enhance strong customer relationships and contribute to business growth.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £24,000, plus a range of benefits including birthday day off, free on-site parking, fortnightly fruit deliveries, and continuous opportunity for career progression and further qualifications.
