Telesales Executive Position

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in targeted telesales/sales roles or appointment generator roles and be able to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver small commercial telephone sales targets and support the development of new business pipeline through high-quality and targeted customer service.
  • Obtain general insurance renewal dates and new quotations for the sales team.
  • Prospect new clients and positively impact Agency sales.
  • Produce up-to-date records for every customer interaction and contact.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in a way that complies with relevant external legislation and regulation, internal compliance, and other procedures and local Agency policies and processes.
  • Support the business development team with campaigns and deliver ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in targeted telesales/sales role or appointment generator role.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Own transport and full UK driving licence.
  • Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.
