Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities from our current pipeline of small commercial prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Involving outbound calls to existing and potential clients to obtain general insurance renewal dates and new quotations
- Delivering the highest level of customer service
- Working on our CRM, updating records for every customer conversation and contact, ensuring all notes are captured clearly, accurately and timely
Requirements
- Confident communicator with previous sales/customer service experience
- Good MS Office keyboard skills with CRM experience
- Persuasive and credible team player
- Good written and spoken English
