Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities from our current pipeline of small commercial prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involving outbound calls to existing and potential clients to obtain general insurance renewal dates and new quotations to pass to the sales team to quote.
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service to our clients.
  • Working on our CRM, updating records for every customer conversation and contact, ensuring all notes are captured clearly, accurately and timely.

Requirements:

  • Confident communicator with previous sales/customer service experience.
  • Good MS Office keyboard skills with CRM experience.
  • Persuasive and credible team player.
  • Good written and spoken English.
