Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities from our current pipeline of small commercial prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Involving outbound calls to existing and potential clients to obtain general insurance renewal dates and new quotations
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Working on our CRM, updating records for every customer conversation and contact, ensuring all notes are captured clearly, accurately and timely

Requirements

  • Confident communicator with previous sales/customer service experience
  • Good MS Office keyboard skills with CRM experience
  • Persuasive and credible team player
  • Good written and spoken English
