Regional Sales Development Manager

At Zimmer Biomet, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team.
About the Role
We are looking for an individual who can achieve total budgeted sales and individual product targets for their assigned territory, while representing the Company in a professional manner. The successful candidate will have strong selling and negotiating techniques, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to travel regularly within the UK and occasionally internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell the Company's range of products on an exclusive basis, adhering to management strategies and developing close relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and allied personnel.
- Provide training on the use of Zimmer products, but never assist in surgical procedures or patient intervention.
- Follow up leads and visits in a timely manner, and adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
- Undertake other duties as required by the Sales Manager, including attendance at sales meetings and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Educated to minimum 'A' level or equivalent.
- Preferably business degree or equivalent.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of designated territory, hospitals, and relevant hospital personnel.
About You
- Able to demonstrate proven selling and negotiating techniques, presentation, communication, numeracy, and literacy skills.
- Hold a clean driving license and be willing to travel frequently.
- Able to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and private health insurance.
Location
