HR Operations Assistant

Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their team in Ashford.
Job Summary:
- Provide comprehensive HR administration support to the Infrastructure division.
- Manage employee data, including new starters, promotions, and pay reviews.
- Support the HR Business Partnering team with administrative tasks.
- Liaise with the payroll team on monthly and weekly payroll changes.
- Maintain contract for services (CFS) agreements and track expiry dates.
Requirements:
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A salary of £32,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, pension scheme, and learning and development opportunities will be offered to the successful candidate.
