HR Administrator Role for Career Advancement

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Administrator to join our team at HR GO Recruitment, based in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in HR with the possibility of gaining a CIPD qualification.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Process payroll and benefits administration tasks efficiently.
- Support employee relations matters and provide assistance to managers and employees.
- Prepare comprehensive HR reports and assist with projects as needed.
- Proven experience working in a HR or Recruitment role/department.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- CIPD level 3 certification or willingness to work towards it.
- Excellent prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
