About Our HR Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Administrator to join our team at HR GO Recruitment, based in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in HR with the possibility of gaining a CIPD qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration tasks efficiently.
  • Support employee relations matters and provide assistance to managers and employees.
  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports and assist with projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a HR or Recruitment role/department.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • CIPD level 3 certification or willingness to work towards it.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
