About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Handler to join our team at Office Angels.

The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive team of 20, receiving excellent training and the chance to complete Insurance qualifications and advance their career.

Your key responsibilities will include managing claims efficiently, acquiring and maintaining knowledge of company products and claims licenses, and effectively managing records and utilizing relevant systems and databases.

You will be ideal for this position if you have strong customer service skills, claims handling or administrative experience within the Insurance sector, a desire to grow your career, and good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
